Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Food, beverages, supplements, or nutritional products that have been opened.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets our return eligibility requirements.
